Cookie Policy

We use cookies to help our website work properly and to understand how visitors use it. Here's what we use, why, and how you can control it.

Last Updated: 10 May 2025 [email protected]

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as your language preference or whether you've seen a notice — so you don't have to re-enter that information each time you return.

Most websites use cookies. They are not harmful to your device, and they cannot run programmes or carry viruses. Many cookies also have an expiry date — after which your browser automatically deletes them.

You remain in control: you can choose to accept, reject, or manage cookies through this page or your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of our website function.

3. Your Cookie Preferences

Use the toggles above to manage your preferences, or use the buttons below. Your choices are saved to your browser and take effect immediately.

Your preferences have been saved.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our site are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. These parties may set their own cookies to recognise your device when you visit their services, and their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies.

Third-party services that may place cookies include:

  • Google Analytics — website traffic analysis. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Maps — embedded maps on our contact page. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Social media platforms — if you share or interact with our content on platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn, their cookies may be activated.

We do not control these third-party cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

6. Your Rights & Controls

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and generally accepted data protection practices, you have the following rights in relation to cookies and the data they may collect:

  • Right to withdraw consent: You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time using the toggles on this page or your browser settings.
  • Right to access: You can request information about what personal data we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Effect of disabling cookies: If you disable optional cookies, parts of our website may not work as intended. For example, analytics will not function, and your regional settings may not be remembered.
  • Essential cookies: These cannot be disabled through this page as they are required for the website to function. You may still delete them via your browser, but this may disrupt your experience.
